Bạn đang xem: the passengers had to wait

A few days ago, passengers were initially not allowed to lớn disembark after a Voepass flight landed at Brazil's Greater Natal Airport for an unusual reason. A large swarm of bees showed interest in one of the plane's wings.

For safety reasons, the captain decided that the passengers would not be allowed to lớn leave the airliner for the time being. The risk that the bees could sting the travelers was considered too great. But the insects remained stubborn, because only after 1,5 hours of waiting could the all-clear be given and the passengers were allowed to lớn get out via the stairs.

It is extremely rare for a whole swarm of bees to lớn settle on the wings of an aircraft. Accordingly, there are no instructions regarding the correct procedure. The captain's experience, judgment and foresight are required. He also decided to lớn request the airport fire brigade, which has trained personnel.

As a precaution, fire brigade employees arrived in safety clothing and took a close look at the situation. But that didn't bother the bees at all, because they obviously felt quite comfortable on the wing. An expert firefighter then decided to lớn use a water spray. This didn't suit the insects at all, because the entire swarm then “left”. According to lớn official information, no one was stung. After about 1,5 hours, in which those travelers who were sitting at the appropriate window were able to lớn observe and film the phenomenon, everyone got out.
